Awning Hack

This awning hack is absolutely free if you already own a tennis ball. If not, it will cost you about 25 NOK.

I have not experienced this myself, however, some people claim that the Alu-Cab 270 Awning is prone to scratching and damage from the small kickstand that can be raised to prevent the canvas from collecting water and sagging. If that is true or not, I’m not sure, however, this cheap upgrade should at least prevent scratching and make your awning last a lot longer. And if you’re like me – I don’t like tennis – who cares if there is one less usable tennis ball in the world?
